Return Guidelines
- Contact Valtoro Lab Customer Care before sending a return.
- Return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving the order.
- Returned Night Defense bottles may be opened or used, subject to the terms of the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the eligible return has been received and reviewed.
